The piece is beautiful and works fantastically. However, it's about 3in taller than advertised. Got it for under my tv, which we already paid for to have mounted, and it does not fit under. If the height measurement was correct, then it would've fit perfectly!

This product is better in person than pictured. Directions were easy to follow. It took around 2.5 hours to put together, not bad for it being a fireplace mantel and bookcases. The fireplace box works perfectly and the flames are beautiful. Delivery was fast and well-packaged. I am very happy with the product/purchase.

I love this thing! It is so beautiful. It is definitely a quality piece, with it being over 150 pounds altogether. It's pretty big and looks very nice. The fireplace and the mantel came in two separate boxes but were delivered at the same time. Took about 2 hours to build.

It is beautiful and looks very exquisite!! The fire looks real and there is a sound feature that makes it crackle!! The only disadvantage is that it is very hard to put together!! I had a handyman do it and he said it has too many parts!!

We are so happy with our purchase! The mantel/shelves come in a separate box from the fireplace portion so it may come on different days. The seller got back to us in less than a day with the second tracking number and very good customer service. The quality and sturdiness are incredible and the fireplace settings for light, heat, and sound are wonderful. Highly recommend!

The fireplace is absolutely stunning, a bit taller than what I expected, but loved it ! The only little problem I found in it, is the heater part, which actually makes the little ''protective part'' VERY HOT! And for me who has a curious toddler won��t work, so we will just not turn the heater on, which is fine anyhow!

This unit came shipped in two large boxes via Fed Ex. First and main box was beaten up a bit in shipping, but was pleased with the packing job set up to protect all the various pieces. Out of dozens of pieces that comprise the unit = only one piece had a small indent in it (and it was on the back side that nobody will ever see - so no big deal). if you're used to working with RTA furniture (especially from a Swedish giant) = you'll completely understand the handful of hours you'll need to spend putting this unit together. Instructions decent; only was thrown off once by the drawings. Allen wrench included, but I used my own tools to speed along the process.Fit and finish are surprisingly good. I've assembled 15-20 RTA pieces of furniture, and I've never had all holes line up like they did on this fireplace. Cam lock furniture can be hit or miss, but this unit had zero issues with all the dowels and fasteners.Haven't put in the fireplace yet - but looks pretty straight forward. Building the cabinets yielded a good product that was relatively easy and looks higher end than some. Thanks and look forward to using this piece in our bedroom.

I've always wanted a fireplace as an adult. This is perfect! Definitely a two-person job to put together though. Our TV is pretty big so I struggled to find an entertainment center/fireplace combo that worked until I found this. You can use it without the heat for ambiance.

This is an amazing fireplace for a great price. It has beautiful details that make it look like a real built-in fireplace. It really changed the whole look of my living room. It was very easy to put together. It looks very heavy but isn't difficult to move cuz it has a good bottom with circle ball sliders. The heater works very well and I love the look of the flames. I'm very happy with this purchase. I plan to buy other furniture pieces from this seller.

I've had my fireplace over a year and I love it! It's helped keep us warm all winter. It is very sturdy and it looks beautiful underneath my TV. I wish the remote was bigger, but I am so happy I bought it!!

I couldn't be happier with this fireplace. I had it sitting in my shopping cart for months before finally deciding to buy it. I am so glad that I finally did. It is exactly as pictured and just absolutely beautiful. Shipping was fast with no damage upon arrival. It does come in two separate boxes, however both of my boxes did come together at the same time. They are very heavy so it may take two people to get them inside. They were delivered on my porch so thankfully I was able to push them through the door on my own without lifting them. The heater is amazing as well. It heated up my living room and kitchen pretty fast. My dogs love it too! Would definitely repurchase in the future for another room in the house.

Took some time to put together but it’s solid and beautiful. We’ve only had it a few days but the huge fireplace emits a ton of heat and it looks great. Definitely recommended. Love it.

Despite receiving a defective fireplace (the holes were drilled in wrong spot), the help center was amazing. I was offered a full refund or replacement. The big thing was i was not responsible for trying to figure out how to repackage and return the original. Would definitely like to try them out again. The quailty was excellent drspite the obvious defect.

The instructions say it takes 2 hours to put together, it took over 4 hours. The back panels only have screws holes for the top 2 screws we had to put on Brad nails for the rest of the back panel as the screws provided would not screw in. When attaching the fireplace the screw holes aren't predrilled. The only predrilled holes are on the top, shown the picture, and there isn't way to attach the fireplace using those holes. Over all it is a nice sturdy piece. For a person that isn't used to putting furniture together it could take all day.
